Unopened kits and like-new finished products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged or fail out of the box are eligible for replacement or refund.
Returns
Start a return within 30 days of delivery. Kits must be unopened in their original packaging, with all parts and materials intact. Finished products must be complete, undamaged, in like-new condition, and in their original protective packaging. Opened, assembled, soldered, or modified kits cannot be returned.
Before sending an item, email [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. We will send return instructions. Items sent without authorization cannot be processed.
Defective or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or fails out of the box, email [email protected] within 30 days. You may choose a replacement or refund. Include photos if possible.
A separate 90-day limited warranty covers manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. It does not cover misuse, incorrect assembly, or unauthorized modification. See the Terms of Sale for the full warranty.
Do not mail or ship a rechargeable device that is swollen, leaking, punctured, unusually hot, producing an unusual odor, recalled, or otherwise battery-damaged. Move away from flammable materials if it is safe to do so, stop using or charging it, and contact us for case-specific instructions. An ordinary return label is not valid for a damaged or defective lithium cell.
Shipping and refunds
You pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover shipping both ways for verified defective items. There is no restocking fee. Use a tracked service; refunds can be issued only for returns we receive. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.
Non-returnable items
- Opened, assembled, soldered, or modified kits
- Finished products that are incomplete, modified, or damaged after delivery, except for a covered defect
- Custom or personalized items made to your spec
- Sale items
